1. Order Cancellation by Buyers

a. Before Order is Shipped

1. Buyers may cancel their order before it is marked as “shipped” by the vendor.
2. To cancel, go to “My Orders” > Select the item > Click “Cancel Order”.
3. The order will be canceled automatically, and a full refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

b. After Order is Shipped

1. Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
2. In such cases, the buyer must wait for the item to be delivered and then request a return (if eligible under our Return Policy).

2. Order Cancellation by Vendors

Vendors may cancel an order in the following cases:

1. The product is out of stock or unavailable.
2. There is a pricing or listing error.
3. The buyer fails to confirm necessary order details (for customized products).

Note: Repeated vendor-initiated cancellations may lead to penalties or suspension.

3. Order Cancellation by GHPROMAX

GHPROMAX reserves the right to cancel orders in the following situations:

1. Suspected fraud or violation of platform policies
2. Vendor account suspension or closure
3. Payment verification failure
4. System errors (e.g., incorrect pricing)

In such cases, affected buyers will receive a full refund and a notification explaining the reason.

4. Refund Processing

1. Refunds for canceled orders are processed to the original payment method or wallet balance (if applicable).
2. Refunds are typically completed within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.

5. Special Cases

1. Pre-orders or custom-made items may not be eligible for cancellation once production has started.
2. Digital goods or services may have separate cancellation rules outlined on the product page.
