At GHPROMAX, we are committed to ensuring a secure and satisfactory shopping experience for all customers. This Return Policy outlines the terms under which products can be returned on our multivendor marketplace.

1. Overview

Because GHPROMAX is a multivendor platform, return policies may vary from one seller to another. However, all vendors are required to meet minimum platform standards outlined in this policy.

2. Return Eligibility

A product may be eligible for return if:

  1. It was delivered damaged, defective, or not as described.
  2. The wrong item was received.
  3. It does not fit the description or specifications provided by the seller.
  4. The buyer initiates the return request within the specified return window (see below).

3. Return Window

  1. Buyers must initiate a return request within [e.g., 7 days] of receiving the item.
  2. Certain items may have shorter or no return periods (see “Non-Returnable Items”).

4. Return Conditions

To be accepted, the returned item must be:

  1. Unused, undamaged, and in its original condition
  2. In the original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and tags included

Items that do not meet these criteria may be rejected or subject to partial refund at the vendor’s discretion.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following product categories are not eligible for return:

  1. Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants)
  2. Personalized or custom-made items
  3. Digital downloads or services
  4. Underwear, swimwear, and certain hygiene products
  5. Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page

6. Return Process

  1. Login to your GHPROMAX account
  2. Go to “My Orders” and select the item
  3. Click “Request Return”, providing a reason and supporting photos (if needed)
  4. Wait for the vendor to accept or reject the request

If the vendor does not respond within [e.g., 3 business days], GHPROMAX may intervene and review the case.

7. Shipping for Returns

  1. Return shipping is usually the buyer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to seller error (wrong, defective, or damaged item).
  2. Vendors may offer prepaid return labels at their discretion.
  3. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to avoid disputes.

8. Refund After Return

Once the returned item is received and inspected by the vendor:

  1. If approved, a refund will be issued within 5–10 business days
  2. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit, based on buyer preference (where available)

9. Platform Support & Disputes

GHPROMAX provides support in resolving return-related issues. We reserve the right to:

  1. Request evidence (photos, unboxing videos, etc.)
  2. Mediate disputes between buyers and vendors
  3. Make the final decision on disputed returns
